The Beach Villa is the main attraction at our property and is just steps away from a walkable beachfront. In order to access the home, you will need to walk down a set of stairs after you park your car at the parking pad. Stunning panoramic ocean views, mountains, and wildlife views can be enjoyed from almost every window in the villa. It is 3,075 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a den/office area, three large wrap-around viewing decks, an master bedroom ensuite, open floor plan, all new renovated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a gas fireplace, and an incredible great room with 18-foot vaulted ceilings featuring a massive rock fireplace. Right outside your door you will find a lovely lawn, a firepit, 2 kayaks with paddles, a skiff, fishing poles with a tackle box fishing kit, and access to the beach. 

The Penthouse is our private apartment on the property. This apartment is located at the top of the property near the main road and parking pad. It is a 900 square foot water view apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, newly renovated from kitchen to bathroom!
